Today I have five more scrapbooking ideas from the 2012 Stampin' Up! Annual Convention. While at convention in July I got tons and tons of ideas! I could literally share a different idea every day for 3 months and I'm not even exaggerating! If you like to see some other scrapbooking ideas from convention click here and here.
The scrapbook layouts I want to share with you today all feature a single photo but each layout has a different feel and look. Sometimes 1 photo is all you need to tell your scrapbooking story. Don't be afraid to just use 1 photo. However, if you have more than 1 photo to use and you like these layouts, don't be afraid to create a photo collage to fit more photos on your page.
I love this layout for so many reasons. First it is super cute! Don't be afraid to use flowers on a "boy" scrapbook page. These flowers work perfectly here. I also love how the edges of the paper are inked! Finally I like how the striped ribbon was ruffled.
This 12x12 layout features the Comfort Cafe DSP and fabric. The brown paper mat is packing paper from a Stampin' Up! order -- how about that for re-using! If you didn't want to use a sewing machine to stitch your paper, you can get the same effect by using a white gel pen.
This layout is super clean and simple with it's white background paper and single black & white photo. The color comes from the little bit of designer series paper and the stamped images. They used the Daydream Medallions stamp set (available in wood mount and clear mount) on this page.
This layout is all about the use of buttons (and that adorable baby)! How creative to turn them into a rainbow!
I love the soft colors on this page along with the little bit of gray. It pairs very nicely with the black and white photo. Even though this layout features a young child, it would also work well for a scrapbooking page about a wedding or anniversary.
I really appreciate your feedback and comments. So please leave me a comment and let me know what you think of these scrapbook pages.
