Have you seen the new 2012 Stampin’ Up! Occasions Mini Catalog that debuted on Jan 4th? I love this mini; it is right up my alley! I thought it would be fun to share with you my top 5 favorite products from the mini.
My list is in no particular order and probably won’t come as much of a surprise based on the sneak peak posts I shared with you :)
Product #1 Framelits dies
Framelits are thin, wafer-like dies that allow you to see where you are placing the die before you cut! You use them along with the Big Shot machine. So now you can easily die cut stamp images and more! These dies are nestible which means you can create different size frames and layers! The Framelits are available in a Hearts Collection and Labels Collection.

Product #2 Pleated Satin Ribbon
What is so cool about the Pleated Satin Ribbon is that it comes already pleated and stitched! This ribbon is available in 5 colors: Pear Pizzazz, Riding Hood Red, Blushing Bride, and Baja Breeze.
Product #3 Apothecary Art Stamp Set
I just love this stamp set. As soon as I saw it I knew I had to have it. I love the vintage feel and versatility of this set. The Apothecary Art Stamp Set contains 6 stamps: 2 sentiments (happiest birthday and so grateful) and 4 labels of varying sizes. This set is great for all your paper crafting projects from cards to scrapbook pages and more. Paired with the Labels Collection Framelits you can create custom journaling spots for your scrapbook pages.
I love this card that I made with the Apothecary Art stamp set. I used 3 different shades of red to color the roses on the wreath.
Product #4 Loving Thoughts Stamp Set
The Loving Thoughts Stamp Set has become my “go to” stamp set of late. The phrases are so versatile. I have used them on cards and scrapbook pages. The sentiments are great for everything from wedding to sympathy to graduation to thinking of you and more!
Product #5 Twitterpated Designer Series Paper
The Twitterpated Designer Series Paper has a mix of florals and stripes that would be suitable for feminine as well as masculine projects. The colors in this patterned paper collection includes: Pear Pizzazz, Basic Gray, Island Indigo, Riding Hood Red, Blushing Bride, Baja Breeze and Whisper White.
Check out this super cute Owl card I made using the Twitterpated DSP. The sentiment is from the Loving Thoughts stamp set.
